Life Skills Program

The CYMD life skills program is a comprehensive program that teaches youth

about a variety of topics, including:

● Character development: CYMD teaches youth about the importance of

character traits such as honesty, integrity, and responsibility.

● Decision-making: CYMD teaches youth how to make healthy and

responsible decisions.

● Goal setting: CYMD teaches youth how to set goals and develop a plan to

achieve those goals.

● Time management: CYMD teaches youth how to manage their time

effectively.

● Conflict resolution: CYMD teaches youth how to resolve conflicts

peacefully.

● Stress management: CYMD teaches youth how to manage stress in a

healthy way.

● Healthy living: CYMD teaches youth about the importance of healthy

eating, physical activity, and sleep.

The CYMD life skills program is delivered through a variety of methods,

including:

● Workshops: CYMD offers a variety of workshops on a variety of topics.

● One-on-one mentoring: CYMD pairs youth with mentors who can provide

guidance and support.

● Group activities: CYMD organizes group activities that provide

opportunities for youth to practice the skills they have learned.

● Online resources: CYMD provides online resources that youth can use to

learn more about the topics covered in the program
